We are seeking a highly motivated Electronic Sales Specialist for Fire Safety Systems to join our team at Johnson Controls. In this challenging and rewarding role, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling fire safety systems to customers and end users within an assigned territory and accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years successful sales experience in electronic or similar industries, with a proven track record of establishing strong relationships with clients and delivering results against targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing contact with prospects and qualifying potential buyers through scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, and utilizing marketing strategies.
  • Developing a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings, qualify and prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate territory records.
  • Conducting seminars, demonstrations, and other events to generate, develop, and qualify leads for prospective customers.
  • Preparing financial justifications, proposals, presentations, and performing necessary follow-up for successful closing of sales.
  • Effective interfacing with district operations to deliver and improve service delivery.
  • Maintaining established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow-on sales.
  • Reporting progress and supplying metrics to operation and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Participating in trade shows, special product demonstrations, and other events to increase sales and enhance the company's image.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years' experience in electronic sales. A bachelor's degree is preferred, as well as five years' experience in the electronic industry.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, estimated to be around $60,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
