Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of agency sales performance within the designated territory.
  • Building strong relationships with agents to develop profitable business opportunities.
  • Providing comprehensive sales expertise to increase production and premium growth.
  • Identifying new agent premium sources and enhancing existing ones to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience in the insurance industry, preferably with knowledge of non-standard auto, motorcycle, or powersports products.
  • Sales experience and professional sales techniques.
  • Effective human relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements (up to 4 days per week) within the territory, with occasional overnight travel.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and valid driver's license.
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
