Primary Care Dentist Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supervisory Dentist to lead our dental care team at the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska.
This role involves managing clinic staff, schedules, training, and ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining financial stewardship and infection control protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Clinic Operations: Manage clinic staff, schedules, and budgets while maintaining high-quality patient care.
- Provide Quality Patient Care: Offer emergency services, primary and secondary prevention measures, and tertiary treatments as needed.
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Work with health professions' schools and training programs to train dental residents, assistants, or other ancillary dental staff.
- Licence to practice dentistry in any state or U.S. territory with no restrictions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with dental software experience.
- Valid driver's license and be insurable.
- Successfully pass drug and alcohol testing, motor vehicle, education, character, and criminal background checks.
Estimated salary: $173,420.72 - $251,319.76 per year.
