We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Professional to join our team at the Signorelli Company.

About the Role:

The Learning and Development Professional will be responsible for leading the creation, implementation, and management of programs that promote employee development, skill-building, and organizational growth.

This position ensures that all employees have the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to excel in their roles while contributing to the organization's overall success.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a continuous learning culture, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives, and enhancing employee engagement and performances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management & Development:
  • Create learning and development strategies that align with the organization's goals and business objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across departments to identify gaps and prioritize training initiatives.
  • Design learning paths for employees at all levels, from onboarding to leadership development programs.
  • Develop engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and online, using a variety of instructional design techniques.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design role-specific training and development content.
  • Deliver training sessions as needed, using coaching, facilitation, and other instructional methods.
  • Oversee the management and utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Integrate digital tools, platforms, and blended learning methodologies into training programs.
  • Track and report on learning program effectiveness and participation rates using LMS analytics.
  • Lead efforts in identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans for career progression.
  • Support leadership development by designing executive coaching and mentorship programs.
  • Assist with talent reviews and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success.
  • Partner with HR, department leaders, and senior management to identify and address organizational development needs.
  • Act as an internal consultant for managers and teams on best practices for employee learning and development.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants when necessary to enhance training offerings.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in corporate learning and employee development.
  • Manage the L&D budget and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Design and manage employee engagement surveys and leverage data to improve training programs.
  • Organize events, workshops, or conferences to promote learning opportunities and networking among employees.
  • Perform related projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, required.

Certifications:

  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience designing and implementing employee development programs.

Talents:

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, measure training effectiveness, and adjust programs accordingly.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
