Job Responsibilities


As a Professional Home Health Care Specialist at Enhabit Inc., your primary responsibility will be to conduct admission visits and establish a positive relationship between patients, their families, and our organization. You will also need to ensure seamless care delivery and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as required.


Qualifications and Requirements


To succeed in this role, you must possess:



  • A graduate degree from an approved school of clinical education
  • Licensure in the state where you practice
  • At least one year of experience as a licensed professional
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation in good working condition (preferably)
