The Educational Support Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the school program, ensuring that students achieve successful integration academically, socially, and behaviorally within the established educational framework.
This position also involves providing assistance in the residential areas each morning prior to the commencement of the school day.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree and prior experience working with adolescents is preferred.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, possess basic writing and communication skills, and serve as a positive role model for youth facing difficulties.
- Applicants must hold a valid state driver's license and meet the driving eligibility criteria as per the Maryhurst vehicle policy.
