About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Meadowlake Estates in Oklahoma City, OK. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policy.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the "five rights" of medication administration.
  • Record the administration of medications and/or treatments accurately.
  • Observe for and report any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse on the appropriate shift.
  • Administer PRN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policy.
Requirements
  • State certification as a nurse aide is required.
  • State-approved medication administration certification.
  • Complete familiarity with duties of a certified nurse aide.
  • Highly developed observation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
