Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist II to join our Neurosurgery team at B. Braun Medical Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our Neuro products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
