About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral healthcare to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states.
  • Experience in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
  • LCSW or LMFT licensure.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
