About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team at NAVEX Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our internal talent across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver best-in-class content related to skill building, leadership development, the new hire experience, workplace processes, and more.
  • Partner with stakeholders across NAVEX to establish and evolve strategic growth opportunities aligned to business needs.
  • Develop and deliver impactful learning content related to upskilling job competencies, people-leadership, and a variety of topics to grow our diverse talent.
  • Facilitate experiences with an engaging, motivational style that inspires possibility in others and delivers on objectives.
  • Optimize current methodologies, tools, and practices to ensure outstanding program results.
  • Measure, monitor, analyze and report the organizational impact of learning experiences.
  • Nimbly adjust and adapt to evolving business needs in an exciting, fast-moving environment.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional training experience, with a passion for inspiring people to do and be more.
  • The ability to help build an inclusive and irresistible workplace experience for others.
  • A track record of designing and delivering impactful programs that deliver on needs and drive business success.
  • Comfort functioning independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to collaborating with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organization and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of content development, facilitation, and stewardship.
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, and instills trust.
