**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the effective execution of maintenance activities and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Manage and control maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**

  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • BS in Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and other industry-specific standards.
  • Experience with managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance.
