About the Role:
Job Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role in driving business results through HR initiatives, ensuring a high-performing culture, and developing a talent pipeline to meet future business needs. This position will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Conduct needs assessments, develop solutions, and implement programs to address talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership skills, improve communication, and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement HR systems, processes, and policies that support business goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Proven track record of success in driving business results through HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
