Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Integration:
    • Lead the integration of various work units and services, ensuring proper coordination and alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
    • Identify, manage, and mitigate programmatic risks and dependencies to maintain program objectives and schedules.
    • Ensure proper alignment of program deliverables with client requirements and performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with the Government, acting as the main liaison to ensure program transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Regularly update the Government on the program's status, challenges, and opportunities through meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation:
    • Identify, analyze, and develop strategies for managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) within the program.
    • Monitor program performance to ensure risks are appropriately mitigated and resolved promptly.
  • Service Delivery Oversight:
    • Ensure the seamless delivery of services by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain service delivery schedules, ensuring timely execution and delivery of all tasks and deliverables.
    • Oversee compliance with all contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements, including federal mandates.
  • Leadership & Team Coordination:
    • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution and continuous improvement in operational processes.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment and drive the effective utilization of resources and technologies.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure program adherence to all applicable government policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including risk management plans, project schedules, and progress reports.
    • Ensure timely submission of all deliverables, including reports, proposals, and performance metrics, to the Government.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or another related Scientific or Technical discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant program management experience, particularly in managing complex, multi-faceted programs in government or large-scale enterprises.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required.
  • Must Be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience working with government agencies and understanding of government program management, contract requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and mitigate complex programmatic challenges.
  • Experience managing programs with integrated technology and service delivery solutions.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a proven ability to engage with diverse teams and high-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance practices in large-scale technical or governmental programs.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration across work units.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to and liaise with senior-level government officials and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to program management, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage program dependencies and ensure the successful integration of services and work units.
