We are seeking a skilled Federal Contracts Professional with 8+ years of relevant experience to join our team and help us drive business growth through effective contract management.
About the Role
The Federal Contracts Professional will be responsible for leading contract administration of Corner Alliance's client engagements, ensuring compliance, legality, and alignment with business goals. This role requires expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), contract law, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and prime contracts) to ensure compliance, legality, and alignment with business goals.
- Independently execute complex tasks reliant upon a deep understanding of the FAR, additional applicable regulations, contract laws, and company policy and procedures.
- Develop and manage procurement system/process for maximum speed and throughput.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually, based on industry standards and location. The final compensation will depend on specific skills, experience, and qualifications.
