Job Title: NOC Specialist, Charging

This is a unique opportunity to join Tesla's Global Charging Operations team as a NOC Specialist, Charging. As a key member of our 24/7 operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our charging network.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and diagnose real-time network issues impacting access to charging or customer experience
  • Manage and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with supporting teams
  • Proactively review open network issues and track against supporting team SLAs and network KPIs
  • Perform system validations to ensure customer user interface reflects current network state
  • Respond to incidents and escalations, and follow up with the NOC as air-traffic control for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in holiday campaigns and disruption events to ensure optimal network experience during peak or disruptive travel
Requirements:
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree and 2+ years working in a similar role or industry with 24/7 business operations
  • Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
  • Superior communication skills with ability to discuss technical topics with a range of audiences
  • Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
  • Available to work weekends and on holidays

Expected compensation for this role is between $57,800 and $86,700 per year, depending on individual factors. The total compensation package may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
