Job Description

NBCUniversal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our NBC Sports Decision Sciences team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports industry analytics, with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, drive business growth, and inform key stakeholders on business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and inform key stakeholders on business performance
  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to develop and maintain complex data models and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in sports industry analytics, with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business acumen
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights and analysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing teams of analysts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
