Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
The role involves cultivating new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts in accordance with organizational objectives and industry standards.

Core Duties:
- Engage with current and potential clients to advocate for financial planning and investment solutions.
- Organize and conduct educational seminars and workshops.
- Deliver client financial strategies and investment proposals with professionalism.
- Ensure timely collection of necessary documentation, deposits, and premiums following established protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with program partners to manage accounts, address inquiries, and resolve product and service-related issues.
- Monitor sales, marketing efforts, and referrals.
- Provide referrals for additional services offered by Global Credit Union as appropriate.
- Participate in business development initiatives while identifying and proposing new opportunities.
- Achieve production targets.
- Comply with organizational and industry guidelines, policies, procedures, compliance, licensing, and training requirements.
- Maintain proficiency with organizational and program partner systems.
- Conduct service calls and undertake special projects as needed.
- Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications
Education:
Required: Series 7, 63 and/or 65/66, along with Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Preferred: LUTCF, CLU, ChFC, or CFP designation and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of three years in financial services sales. Strong ability to craft and deliver impactful messages tailored to diverse audiences. Willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation Details
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $65,500 annually. Initial base salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage regulations, falling within the specified range. This position is eligible for performance-based commission.
