Job Summary:

The Patient Needs Coordinator will be responsible for matching the best caregiver with the appropriate client and managing ongoing patient needs. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to provide scheduling coordination for homemakers and companions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops new processes to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Schedules caregivers to assist clients in a timely manner
  • Notifies staff of caregivers' emergencies or sickness
  • Ensures compliance with Clinicians written time off request
  • Communicates schedule changes to clients and family members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years recent experience as a scheduling coordinator
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work with people
  • Criminal background check required

Salary: $58,750 per year
