Main Responsibilities:

  • Support healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
  • Accurately document patient histories, vital signs, and other medical information.
  • Prepare exam rooms and ensure medical equipment is properly sterilized.
  • Administer medications or injections as instructed by providers.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and handle follow-up communications.
  • Educate patients on medications, treatments, and procedures as directed.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant training program and have certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) preferred. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in medical terminology and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
