CS Energy is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction operations and ensure the successful delivery of our renewable energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, managing project timelines, and ensuring that our projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including training and development opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, including OSHA and other relevant standards.
- Ability to travel and work at construction sites as required.
