Manufacturing Engineer Job Summary

An industry-leading high-precision component manufacturer is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to their team near Rochester, New York. This company has been established for over 70 years with customers in the Aerospace, Defense, and medical device industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure product stability and support manufacturing by designing robust process capabilities, establishing standards, and continually improving the manufacturing process.
  • Optimize & innovate manufacturing, production process, machine operations, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing & other departments to troubleshoot production needs.
  • Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
  • Meet customer deadlines on quotes.
  • Design & develop manufacturing process, tooling/fixture, work instructions, and CNC program.
Requirements:
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
