Administrative Tax Aide and Coordinator

Job Description: As an Administrative Tax Aide and Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our tax professionals, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist tax professionals in preparing and organizing tax documents.
- Manage correspondence related to tax matters, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including taxpayer information and financial data.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas and minutes.
- Using Ultra Tax to prepare tax returns for electronic and mail filing.
- Contacting state agencies for inquires as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a tax or accounting environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Ultra Tax tax preparation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
