The Disability Law Center of Alaska is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated leader to fill the role of Executive Director. As the chief executive officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's statewide protection and advocacy services, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of its mission to protect the legal, civil, and human rights of people with disabilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing annual goals and objectives, managing staff operations, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for financial management, including grant writing and budgeting, as well as maintaining strong partnerships with coalitions and organizational partners. In addition, you will serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, acting as a speaker, facilitator, and/or trainer to outside groups or community partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of disability rights and a proven track record of leadership in nonprofit organizations.
