Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key partner to our global Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams. Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • System and User Support: Leverage your expertise in CRM systems to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Work closely with the IT Development team to create effective solutions and provide timely assistance to users.
  • CRM Roadmap Leadership: Facilitate super user meetings to collect feedback on challenges and proposed enhancements. Assist in the development and prioritization of the CRM Commercial Roadmap.
  • Salesforce Feature Assessment: Review upcoming Salesforce releases to evaluate their potential business benefits and implications for the CRM roadmap.
  • Training and Development: Identify gaps in user training and lead sessions to improve knowledge and adoption of CRM functionalities.

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst or system administrator with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • At least 3 years of experience with Customer Service SFDC Email to Case.
  • 5+ years of corporate experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or IT CRM roles.
  • A willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional experience in data management and understanding of master data processes, as well as familiarity with other Customer Service platforms, would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $107,000, along with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
