We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team at Arm Group LLC. As an AR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's accounting and sales teams by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credits, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices, credits, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and invoices
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our accounting system
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in accounting and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of SAP system
  • Experience in the manufacturing/trading industry or CPA firms
