Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic direction for the technology business units
  • Partner with experts to build service offerings and deliver operational excellence
  • Work with the senior leadership team to establish and measure strategic short and long-term business development goals and objectives
  • Lead the integration of closed mergers and acquisitions
  • Provide direction and guidance to sales, pre-construction, construction, and service management teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 10+ years in an executive operational management role
  • 10+ years' experience in Structured Cables Systems, Outside Plant work, Infrastructure Cabling, Low Voltage Systems, including design, estimating, sales and project management
  • Mandatory BICSI RCDD certification
  • Expertise in Copper, Fiber, Voice, & Data termination & testing, along with relevant certifications
  • Proficiency in structured cabling, fiber optic and cable management systems OEM Certifications
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certifications
  • Ability to implement, use and document cable and fiber testing tools and equipment
  • Familiarity with Project Management software & MS Office 365
  • Exceptional communication skills, autonomous issue resolution, and negotiation acumen
  • Results-driven leader with innovative problem-solving skills
Work Environment
