Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial sewing machines and equipment to sew products according to established sewing patterns and quality control procedures.
  • Inspect finished products for any defects or errors and make necessary adjustments to sewing machines as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials and equipment.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new techniques or technologies.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous industrial sewing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to do basic math and read rulers and tape measures.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs required.
  • Ability to read blueprints a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
