Software Deployment Specialist

Job Summary:
MiTek Industries is seeking a skilled Software Deployment Specialist to manage the implementation of our MiTek Software Suite with existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Building Component Industry and experience with software deployment and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform needs analysis of existing software and identify areas for improvement
- Install and configure the MiTek Suite, providing training to customers as needed
- Communicate with Product Management to identify issues and software enhancements required
- Provide software demonstrations to prospective customers and manage the conversion process
- Develop a customized system using the MiTek Software Suite to meet customer needs
- Support and develop customers until the conversion process is complete
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in building software, computer information, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of related experience in the Building Component Industry required
- Equivalent combination of experience and education may substitute on a year for year basis
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
- Soft skills including problem-solving and communication
Travel Requirements:
70% travel nationally required
