We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship through activities, promoting socialization and emotional well-being.
- Offer transportation support, ensuring safe and reliable transport for clients.
- Assist with daily living activities, fostering independence and confidence.
- Prepare and support meal plans, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Monitor clients for changes in condition, providing timely interventions.
- Support medication management, ensuring accurate administration.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, performing housekeeping tasks as needed.
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.50-$18.50, commensurate with experience.

- Both written and spoken English language proficiency.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Washington State driver's license, reliable vehicle, up-to-date auto insurance, and willingness to transport clients.
- Home Care Aide License (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (training can be provided for HCA within 120 days of employment).
- First Aid/CPR certification (training can be provided within 120 days of employment).
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (or have an approved exemption).
