Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory procedures, including hematology, blood bank, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, microbiology, and immunology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical laboratory science and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures, including hematology, blood bank, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, microbiology, and immunology.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of patient test results.
- Develop and maintain laboratory policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current and valid California State License.
- Minimum one-year work experience performing high complexity testing in hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and microbiology.
- Comprehensive training or work experience in all areas of the clinical laboratory.
- Bachelor's Degree in biological science, chemical, physical, biological science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
