Job Summary:

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist II to join our team. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain patient samples for testing and analyze specimens for reportable results by standard procedures.
  • Record and transmit results to physicians who initiated the request.
  • Work in two or three laboratory sections, depending on the needs of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in an acute care facility laboratory, working in 2-3 sections of the laboratory.
  • Seven or more years of experience working in 1-2 sections of the laboratory.
  • Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License.
