Position Overview:


Sodexo's Airline Lounge Segment presents a remarkable opportunity for an experienced Culinary Arts Specialist with a focus on Pastry to become part of a distinguished team responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

We are in search of a skilled professional who is dedicated to the art of crafting and presenting a gourmet, fine-dining atmosphere within a carefully curated travel retreat.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse knowledge of menu offerings and experience in fine-dining a la carte service. This role is hands-on and requires prior experience in managing high-quality food production environments. A background in high-volume, scratch kitchen operations from hotels or restaurants is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee purchasing, menu adherence, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting;

• Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe accuracy and food quality;

• Cultivate and inspire team members to embrace culinary advancements;

• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards; and/or

• Possess a working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
