Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Construction Management
    • Oversee construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and building construction
    • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
    • Manage and resolve conflicts, issues, and disputes
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
    • Experience with construction management software, such as Procore and Bluebeam
