Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team at K2 Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and proposals to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and estimating for self-performed and subcontracted work.
  • Manage project scheduling, including coordinating with subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Analyze quotes and negotiate with subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and manage owner and subcontractor billings, including processing submittals and RFIs.
  • Resolve discrepancies and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • College degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage 100, Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software.
