Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wellness Membership Sales Representative to join our team at Elements Massage. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional massage experience for every client during every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Hospitality: Be the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio, ensuring a brief, easy, and accurate client appointment scheduling, paperwork, and payment process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our managers and massage therapists to create the best massage experience for all clients.
  • Sales and Service: Sell the Elements Wellness Program to current and future members, discussing the benefits and value of our program.
  • Client Communication: Treat client criticism as an opportunity to show that Elements Massage will always work to make any unsatisfactory experience right.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients is preferred.
  • Customer Service: Experience providing customer service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to overcome objections during the sales process and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, including scheduling and payments.
  • Attention to Detail: A serious attention to detail is required to ensure thoroughness in records and create a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment.
