Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Leader, you will:
1. Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with internal teams in a manufacturing setting.
2. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
3. Manage project budgets, oversee change orders, and ensure adherence to project scope.
4. Ensure timely project delivery and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Oversee all project documentation and design risk mitigation strategies.
6. Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports for management.
7. Identify growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in project management.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in leading commercial construction projects, particularly in glazing, windows, doors, and framing.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes related to doors and windows.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Sage 300.
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
