The Opportunity:

OSL has partnered with a major retail chain to manage wireless sales locations nationwide. We are expanding rapidly, which is why we are looking for wireless sales specialists. Your Role:

As our new Wireless Sales Specialist, you will be the trusted advisor connecting customers with their ideal wireless solutions. Your drive to sell and commitment to outstanding customer service will set you apart. Staying informed on mobile technology trends and possessing a proactive attitude will be key to your success. Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying the best solutions for each individual
  • Facilitate new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories
  • Manage merchandising and inventory, including store opening and closing procedures
  • Thrive in both independent and team environments
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills with a positive, energetic demeanor
  • Previous sales or retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Basic understanding of wireless technology and current trends
  • Flexible availability for full-time hours
