OSL has partnered with a major retail chain to manage their wireless sales locations nationwide. We are rapidly expanding, which is why we are looking for dedicated wireless sales consultants. Your Role:

As our new Wireless Sales Consultant, you will be the expert who connects customers with their ideal wireless solutions. Your drive to sell and commitment to outstanding customer service will set you apart. Staying informed about the latest mobile technology trends and possessing a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role. This is your opportunity to grow with us and advance your career.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by identifying the best solutions for each customer.
  • Facilitate new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
  • Manage merchandising and inventory, including store opening and closing duties.
  • Collaborate effectively, whether working independently or as part of a supportive team.
What You Bring:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with a positive, energetic demeanor.
  • Previous sales or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of wireless technology and industry trends.
  • Flexible availability for full-time work.
