As our new Wireless Expert, you will be the key resource for connecting customers with their ideal wireless solutions. Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring the best solutions for every client.
  • Facilitate new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
  • Manage merchandising and inventory, including store opening and closing duties.
  • Collaborate effectively, whether working independently or as part of a dynamic team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with a positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Prior sales or retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of wireless technology and industry trends.
  • Availability for full-time work with flexible scheduling.
