Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled debt and credit sales professional to drive growth and develop their expertise in financial account management. This is a unique chance to learn from experienced veterans in the field of financial phone sales mastery. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a pipeline through the life cycle of a sale, close deals at a high level, and provide exceptional service to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify business owners/investors for financial products
  • Engage in heavy phone time with 300-500 dials/day
  • Gather documents and manage pipelines
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, identify leads/prospects to hit personal quotas
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience, preferably in debt settlement, merchant cash advance, or stock broking
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience a plus
  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate basic math and data
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Software experience (CRM systems/Dialers) a significant advantage
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an extremely lucrative opportunity with commissions and residuals based on performance after training. Potential for long-term growth and management opportunities exists, including an extensive 3-month training program with incentives to develop closers and team leaders.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
