The Growth Credit team at LIQUiDITY Group is searching for a highly accomplished Senior Director to lead our US-based team based in lower Manhattan. This pivotal role demands expertise in managing commercial opportunities from inception to final execution, necessitating close collaboration with our global team.

Your key responsibilities will encompass originating new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring effective communication with internal departments to guarantee seamless project delivery. Moreover, you'll be required to maintain accurate records of business cycle progress on CRM systems and engage in high-stakes negotiations with potential clients in conjunction with the investment management team.

We're seeking an exceptional candidate with at least 10-15 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably at a top-tier institution, including venture capital, private equity, commercial banking, or debt/credit provision. Ideally, you'll have a proven track record in client-facing roles, with at least 8 years of experience in sales, origination, or relationship management.

A successful candidate will also boast at least two years of experience as a financial analyst and a profound comprehension of the financial markets. Our compensation package features a competitive salary ($160,000 - $210,000), generous performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, including fully paid health insurance and stock options in the company.
