Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and promote the company brand and products to consumers through various media with a consistent message to develop new and reinforce existing relationships.
  • Create ad campaigns and promote product offerings as directed by management.
  • Attend events and interact with the community through various marketing channels.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust as necessary for maximum results.
  • Have a good understanding of SEM and SEO practices and web page building.
  • Develop profitable sales and acquire clients through our established sales and marketing program.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and budgets.
  • Integrate recruitment marketing into all channels.
  • Develop a recruiting process to capture and respond to all applicants.
  • Track applicants' progress with respective hiring managers and confirm that no applicants are overlooked using the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Produce graphic design and coordinate production of printed and online company collateral.
  • Develop sales campaigns and promotions and coordinate associated print and online production.
  • Monitor sales leads and new customer acquisition sources and costs.
  • Participate in networking and community engagement opportunities.
  • Direct mail campaigns and email marketing.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Track all potential leads for appointments until scheduled or declined.
  • Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals.
  • Regularly review and monitor progress against goals and seek assistance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and clients.
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills.
  • Manage time and schedules efficiently.
  • Be computer literate to the extent necessary to fulfill this function.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and graphics programs like Adobe Illustrator is required.
  • Constantly be learning through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees.
