Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience: 5 years of property management experience, with a focus on industrial properties.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, budgeting and financial reporting skills, and experience with property management accounting platforms such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
  • Licenses: CA Real Estate License required.
