Job Description:

\
  • We are seeking a Records Associate to join our team in Washington, DC. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks.\
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of records management principles and practices.\
  • You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.\
  • As a Records Associate, you will be responsible for creating new records files, conducting data entry, and preparing records for off-site storage.\
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred or equivalent work experience.\
  • Minimum 2 years' experience preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.\
  • Legal records services, record-keeping, records management experience.\
  • Intermediate skill in the use of MS Office software (Word, Excel).\
  • Knowledge of software programs for legal records services, records management or record-keeping preferred.\
  • Knowledge of a legal timekeeping or job tracking system is preferred.
