Overview

ARCH Global Precision company is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for Swiss/Medical parts. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in CNC milling.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

This role involves creating CNC programs, manufacturing processes, and operation prints for new products. You will also be responsible for coordinating with quality teams, creating setup sheets, and maintaining process documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machining with a focus on CNC Mills
  • Contract manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 3 years CAM programming experience (Gibbs Cam a plus)
