Speech Language Pathologist SLP Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team in El Paso, TX. As an SLP with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing high-quality care in clinic and home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients in clinic and home-based settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure to practice in the state of Texas
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology from ASHA or other recognized professional organization
  • Valid driver's license and automotive insurance
  • Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
