As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and executing highly effective digital campaigns for our healthcare clients. This involves developing and deploying paid media strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, TikTok ads, and OTT. Your primary goal is to drive results by optimizing campaign components and enhancing user experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and launching multi-channel paid media campaigns to achieve defined objectives;
- Managing and analyzing campaign data to inform optimization decisions;
- Collaborating with the senior team to develop and refine campaign strategies;
- Providing weekly and monthly campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-3 years of experience in campaign development, deployment, and results-driven execution in a dynamic agency environment;
- Proven track record of writing ads, building, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid media campaigns;
- Experience running media across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, TikTok ads, and OTT;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting campaign data effectively to clients;
- Ability to set up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics;
- Knowledge of conversion landing page tools and A/B testing principles.
