Job Description

Sentry Security Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our client sites, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage security personnel at client sites
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless security operations
  • Provide training and coaching to security personnel
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in security operations or a related field
  • Security guard license from the state
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Physical and Mental Functions:

  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work in various environments, including adverse weather conditions
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment
