Electronics Technician
Job Description
As a skilled Electronics Technician at Aerotek, you will be responsible for completing product repairs, refurbishments, and upgrades on customer equipment such as time clocks. This will involve the use of high-end test gear and component-level troubleshooting techniques to ensure accurate and efficient results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming support calls from resellers and customers via telephone, email, and other incoming media, issuing and processing service RMA orders as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing and results documentation of internal and external equipment, software, and firmware to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work in a clean, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
Requirements:
• Electronics experience is a must-have, with certification in electronics or computer science a plus.
