Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Associate I to join our team at Tolmar. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for providing support to our receiving and issuance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect materials, components, and finished products against specified requirements
  • Perform inspections using measuring and test equipment
  • Support Materials Management with inspections and material sampling
  • Train associates on various job functions
  • Complete training according to requirements and maintain training records
  • Ensure proper status and storage of materials and product
  • Provide quality oversight of receiving and issuance processes
  • Collect and dispose of retain samples in accordance with procedures
  • Generate document change requests for specifications
  • Initiate deviations and complete immediate actions
Requirements
  • Working knowledge in drug or device cGMP
  • Knowledge of computer operations, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to learn Tolmar's electronic systems
  • Skill in organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with employees at all levels and departments
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures
Working Conditions

This role will work in an office, warehouse, and manufacturing environment. Occasional overtime may be required, and travel between multiple facilities may be necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

Tolmar offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $19.62 per hour and a strong benefits package. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
